She recently sold us our new home and was extremely patient during our endless searching. Her hard work and dedication proved very helpful getting us a deal we were happy with. She worked tirelessly under some challenging circumstances. We cannot say enough good things about her and her abilities.

From the very first day we met her to discuss putting our home on the market, to the day of closing she was there for us. She answers her text messages very promptly, and answers questions no matter how silly you think the question is, and is always professional. She is calm, and has a way to explain things so that you understand. I would highly recommend Tara if you are looking at either buying or selling a property. She is THE BEST!!!!! We saw more houses than I care to admit to. We had a goal of staying in a school district that unfortunately has low house turnover and consequently harder to get a home in. So, after putting in offers and getting in bidding wars, it was horribly draining. Tara kept us in the loop always. She kept us sane through the entire process. And 2 failed closings due to issues from the other end, we finally closed on our house in 7/2021. I can not even begin to thank Tara for all the support at that time. I can not sing her praises enough for her knowledge and willingness to put in above and beyond for her client.

She was fantastic and so patient. She helped us remain positive even when we had lost all hopes. Her abilities to find answers and come up with solutions was exemplary. It is always so challenging to have a work and home balance and yet Tara handled herself with the upmost professionalism and consistently made herself available to help us. We are beyond greatful for her.

She stayed on top of everything and was always available any time day or night to answer our questions or follow up on paperwork or do whatever needed to be done. When our first deal fell through, because of the buyer, Tara reassured us and took it in stride. She was quick to set up a second open house and really helped get the place seen and sold fairly quickly. If I ever decided to sell again (which I won’t because it was hell the first time) I’d hire Tara in an instant.

We wanted to give up after trying for months to buy a house in the Northwestern Lehigh School District. But when the opportunity presented itself, Tara jumped on a offer like a diabetic on a cheesecake! She really went above and beyond working with our mortgage company and the sellers agent to bring everything together and on time. If I ever need to buy or sell real estate again in my life, my first call will always be with Tara first!

Our situation was more complicated than most. We were moving from Michigan to Pennsylvania. I was traveling back and forth every week and my wife was in Michigan. Tara did a great job doing virtual tours with my wife. She worked hard to find our family a great home and also did a fantastic job negotiating a very good deal for us in a tough market. We had a rough start to our home buying journey. Its hard to find a good agent in this area. Tara was our 5th Agent and we are so thankful that we found her!! She went above and beyond from the minute we met. Our schedules were tough to work with but she made it all happen. She rearranged what she had going on at home to help us. This woman is a Rockstar!! She stayed on top of everything during the whole process. Months of texts and emails and showing appointments and she made it look effortless.
