When we moved and needed to sell our old house we chose Tara as our agent. She stayed on top of everything and was always available any time day or night to answer our questions or follow up on paperwork or do whatever needed to be done. When our first deal fell through, because of the buyer, Tara reassured us and took it in stride. She was quick to set up a second open house and really helped get the place seen and sold fairly quickly. Tara was everything we needed and more! We had a rough start to our home buying journey. Its hard to find a good agent in this area. Tara was our 5th Agent and we are so thankful that we found her!! She went above and beyond from the minute we met. Our schedules were tough to work with but she made it all happen. She rearranged what she had going on at home to help us. This woman is a Rockstar!! She stayed on top of everything during the whole process. Months of texts and emails and showing appointments and she made it look effortless. I can't thank her enough for everything that she did for us. I would def work with her again in the future.

So, we started our house buying process in December 2020. We saw more houses than I care to admit to. We had a goal of staying in a school district that unfortunately has low house turnover and consequently harder to get a home in. So, after putting in offers and getting in bidding wars, it was horribly draining. Tara kept us in the loop always. She kept us sane through the entire process.
